All areas and stages of the festival can be accessed without stairs. The walkways to and from the campground and around the festival arena are gravel. There are some small* hills and slopes. The mainstage dancefloor is grass and is uneven. The side stages are indoors on flat ground.

The campgrounds are on grass. The main campgrounds are not flat, however we do have a reserve of flat camp grounds in the VIP area for accessibility purposes. Please reach out if you wish to access that area.

We have accessible toilets located in the entry to the festival.

Please note that Sonder is located on farmland, and as such the accessibility is dependent on the weather. We will have limited capacity to repair roads and walkways if they are damage during the festival.

There will be some flashing lights and lasers, but no strobe lights.

You are permitted to leave the site whenever you wish, however once outside, you will be unable to re-enter the festival. There will be no pass-outs or similar concessions.

Yes, there will be a designated camping area where patrons can camp. Camping is included with a 3 day ticket.

Yes, Sonder festival is BYO. There will also be a licensed area to purchase alcohol, where restrictions will apply. No glass is permitted into the festival. Cars and bags will be searched, and any glass will be confiscated.

You will need to arrange your own name change through Humanitix. We take no responsibility for name changes. ALL RE-SALES MUST BE DONE THROUGH HUMANITIX. 3RD PARTY SITES (INCLUDING TIXEL) HAVE NOT BEEN INTEGRATED INTO OUR TICKET PLATFORM.

Yes, there will be drinking water provided. We strongly recommend that you bring enough water to last the weekend and bring a reusable drinking bottle. Cups will not be provided.

Rest assured your bellies will be full with a delicious selection of bars, food trucks, coffee and juice on site for purchase. More information on food options will be available closer to the festival date.

Availability of cash and Efpots payments will depend on the store. As a general rule, Sonder will accept cash and card. Eftpos will be available. Please bring cash just in case.

No pets are allowed onsite, with exceptions for guide dogs and support dogs. Prior approval must be provided in writing from the Sonder team. Please get in touch if you wish to bring an animal.

Item Please bring your own rubbish bags and keep your campsite clean. There will be recycling bins available in the village for cans and other recyclables.

Sonder is a leave no trace event and we aim to reduce waste and impact to the site as much as possible.
